Order Accuracy & Customer Responsibility



You are responsible for ensuring all information submitted is accurate, including:


  • Names
  • Dates
  • Spellings
  • Photos
  • Design details



Know Promise’s Come is not responsible for errors provided by the customer. Once production begins, changes may not be possible.





Pricing & Payments



All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Know Promise’s Come reserves the right to change pricing at any time without notice.


Payment must be completed at checkout. Orders will not be processed until payment is received in full.





No Returns / No Refunds



All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of our products, Know Promise’s Come does not accept returns or offer refunds.

Shipping & Delivery



Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Know Promise’s Come is not responsible for:


  • Carrier delays
  • Lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered
  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer



Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

All content on this site—including designs, text, graphics, logos, images, and artwork—is the property of Know Promise’s Come and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.


Custom designs remain the intellectual property of Know Promise’s Come unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
