All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

Each item is made specifically for you, often in memory of loved ones, and cannot be resold or reused. For this reason, we cannot accept returns for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect information provided by the customer
• Personal dissatisfaction with design preferences after approval
• Delays caused by the customer (late responses, approval delays, etc.)
